Armstrong Equity is a business name of Armstrong Developments LLC, 201 Specialty Point, Sanford, FL 32771, USA (“Armstrong Equity”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect through armstrongequity.com, by phone, by text message and by email, and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, phone number, your role (tenant, broker, lender or vendor) and your message, when you fill in a form, email, call or text us.
- Basic site data: pages viewed, referring page, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools so we can run and improve the site.
How we use it
- To reply to you, and to manage leases, maintenance requests and transactions with you.
- To send the text messages you asked for (see “Text messaging” below).
- To keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages from Armstrong Equity, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, messaging and payment providers), under obligations to protect it, or when the law requires it. The text-messaging exclusions above apply to all of them.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to work with you and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at hello@armstrongequity.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
